I grabbed this hoping it would calm my itchy scalp, it’s been good. I noticed less scratching after a few uses, which was a relief. Also, the smell is fine, not too strong or anything. Anyway, my scalp feels better overall, so I’m happy with it

I’ve noticed a few baby hairs after using it for a couple months, which is encouraging. It’s not a dramatic difference yet, and the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but that’s not the biggest deal. I’m giving it 3 stars for now and hoping the results keep improving

Shipping was fine and didn’t take too long, but I still remember opening the box and feeling that little drop of disappointment. I had picked out two beard products, and one of them wasn’t right. On top of that, the scent wasn’t the one I chose, which was frustrating because that was the part I was kind of looking forward to.

Support did get back to me, but it took a bit, and I had to send pictures and wait around for it to get sorted. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but having the order come wrong twice made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

and I have to say, this worked well for my thick, wavy hair. I got it from maneup.us, and I like that it doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy, which is usually a big issue for me.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because it took me a couple tries to figure out the right amount to use. Once I got that down, it fit my hair type really nicely.
